At Toro Investimentos, I became one of the designers with the deepest systemic knowledge in the company — the one who thoroughly understands the products, users, technical challenges, and business objectives. This 360° perspective allows me to engage strategically in high-impact projects, balancing user needs with the results the company aims to achieve.
My approach combines in-depth research with real users, rapid prototyping to validate hypotheses, and an obsession with metrics and data that prove the impact of every design decision. I believe that design is not just about creating beautiful interfaces — it's about solving real business problems in a way that users love to use.
I've worked in the main squads at Toro (Fixed Income, Funds, Stock Exchange, Home, Private Clients, among others), and I'm often assigned to the most complex and challenging projects, where my systemic experience makes a difference. I facilitate workshops, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, mentor, and help evolve the design culture within the company.
When I'm not designing experiences, you'll find me studying products and AI, exploring new design tools, or documenting learnings to help other designers grow.
